I went to town yesterday making stuff out of my rose cane - some beads, an ACEO, a couple of goddess pendants, and this simple round pendant. This one measures almost 1.5 inches across and is nice and lightweight, since it's made of polymer clay. The tutorial for the cane is here and I have some adjustment ideas. I think I'm going to want to make more rose canes - they're just fun!
