Today was chocolate-covered cherries day. So much fun!


Maraschino cherries - 8 big jars of them - drying out



Goop - butter, corn syrup, juice from the jars of cherries and LOOOOOTS of powdered sugar

Cherries dipped in chocolate - dark chocolate mix of Wilbur dark and Ghirardelli bittersweet

Lotsa lotsa cherries - 242 to be exact...

Now they just gotta sit around for a few weeks so the goop can goopify.
