Some stuff that would lead to certain efficiency and success...
1. A tumbler to polish beads.
2. Convection oven for baking big stuff!
3. Bright lights and a better camera for photographing products.
4. Marble slab as a surface to work on.
5. A bathroom in the basement (er, I don't really anticipate this one happening any time soon.)
